Why are you relevant / different / specifically suited to be doing what you’re doing for the clients you’re doing it for? Here’s where we need the answer to:
What’s wrong with the world and how do you intend to fix it?
Why do you feel like you’re uniquely qualified to fix it?
The answer to these questions:
What problem do you solve?
Who specifically do you solve it for?
How do you solve it? (where’s the value that you add)
One core piece of content that sums up your perspective / position / approach and shows a potential client enough about you and your work for them to be able to determine whether you’re the right fit to work together. This could be a model, framework, article, video, presentation deck, checklist, quiz … anything that’s reasonably quick and easy to digest.
Core product and or service to be offered and ideally some information on the delivery methodology and pricing as well – e.g. Is it a workshop, a coaching package, a video course, in person consulting advice, done for you services.
This is relevant when it comes to expectation setting and a level of comfort referring someone:
What is the process we need to use to help qualify a potential client before referring them to you? Do you have any key requirements?
What is the best way to connect you with a potential client? Process, channel etc. Do you like a joint LinkedIn message or prefer email introduction? Or would you like the potential client’s card?
How will you be initially engaging with the referral? Is it an in person meeting? Will you be sending them information?

4. Nothing happens without Marketing & Selling
You need you to implement systems to utilise the information shared around the table to enhance your connection with your clients, contacts & associates.

You need to consistently demonstrate that you are the go-to person in your field.

To assist this table, you need to demonstrate that you are part of a team of professional advisors who are focussed on their clients success.
